Due to the current pandemic across the globe, shipping is only available within Australia and New Zealand as per Australia Post time frames and charges. Tracking information will be sent to your email account once your order is ready for shipping.

All in stock items will be shipped within 2 business days of order placement.

Custom orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks pending supplies available and deposit received. These requirements will be discussed throughout the ordering process.

In respect to our larger items such as ramps and large beds, we will source shipping quotes from local courier companies such as Sendle as well as Australia Post to achieve the most suitable means of delivery for your order.

Please note the small and medium sized beds will arrive to you having been vacuum sealed to condense the size again to keep shipping costs as low as we possibly can. On arrival simply undo the tape, release the seal of bag and your bed will return to it's anticipated size.

In the event you are not happy with your item and feel to send it back to us, these shipping costs will be at your expense, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment for shipping will be added to your order at checkout.
