Please consider your measurements carefully allowing room for movement as your pet grows and taking into consideration that each item is individually hand made and there may be millimeter discrepancies in our advertised sizings.

Refunds or replacements on any product sent back due to change of mind will not be accepted. Please contact us within 7 days or receiving your item should it not be exactly as you ordered.

All custom orders will be filled once payment has been received. Please allow a 2 week turn around time on these items and note refunds or returns will not be accepted on these items.
